Variety of eggs and bacon at breakfast. Quadruple room with a view on gardens, aircon, as for instance.

Good location not far from supermarket as well as the trolley line, brilliant food.

Make sure you stay in the triple room with aircon, microwave plus fridge. The breakfast was super and astonishing, nice to have eggs and bacon.

It was a well-maintained and reasonably priced hotel, no complaints whatsoever, would be happy to recommend. My kids and I greatly enjoyed being there. Having breakfast with eggs and bacon was a nice bonus.

Appreciated the guest room I had with a very modern bathroom and far less space. The breakfast I had was rich and inclusive with waffles and affordable drinks.

Honestly nothing to complain about. Pleasantly decorated, spotless unit with microwave, fridge, for example. Friendly check-in, parking nearby. Good and handy location to State Art Gallery. Truly enjoyed fairly quiet area.

The restaurant was nice which serves good food, we ordered excellent dishes. It had variety of facilities, including an electronic key card, a work desk, and coffee/tea making equipment etc. The location was great, in the centre of Karlsruhe. You could walk to supermarkets and shops.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Karlsruhe. The first thing that impressed me was the incredible value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail that the hotel displayed. The location, although on the outskirts, was convenient for me as it was surrounded by office buildings and there was plenty of roadside parking available. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with everyone being friendly and helpful. The basic amenities in the rooms were more than satisfactory, and I particularly appreciated the fresh fruit provided. Additionally, the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of choices, ensuring that there was something for everyone.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and there wasn't anything that I thought needed improvement.

We travel quite often and have slept in many hotels around the world, but we never met so unfriendly person at any hotel as was the lady at the reception in time of our arrival.

The hotel is located in a convenient area with ample roadside parking, making it easy to access. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities such as a fridge and microwave, providing good value for money. The staff are friendly and provide good service, with attention to detail in the rooms. The breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit.

No improvements necessary, everything was great!

Room design (Modern) & new furnitures. Comfortable beds. I like the Sauna which was clean & easy to get. The hotel almost 10 min walking from the most close tram point "Heidehof" & much closer to Bus Point

The wifi internet access expired after 24hr. It's said here at Booked.net that is free with no limitations. I have not had a time ti ask them to give me new access so I'm not sure if this internet access for the 1st 24hr or not but this is the only -ve issue I have.

Fast check in/check out. Hotel and room was clean. Good shower. Breakfast was amazing. I have never seen such diversity before. Waffles, pancakes, all kinds of cereals/muesli, eggs/scrambled eggs, bacon...

Since smoking in the hotel is prohibited (at least in the public areas) there's an ashtray placed outside/in front of the main entrance where guests can smoke their cigarettes. Unfortunately our non-smoking room was above the main entrance. With the window open smoke gets into the room. It was quite warm in the room/bathroom (heating off), so closing the window was not a comfortable option. Secondly, near the main entrance is a ventilation exhaust which makes a lot of noise all day. Especially during the night this is very unpleasant. If I had known this I would have asked for another room
